Hi there! I am Pritha Pandit and I absolutely love being a technical recruiter. As a fresh graduate back in 2010, I wanted to test the waters and check if I had the aptitude for HRM. So I took up the very first job I was offered as a Recruiter, back in my home country, India. It was the best decision of my life. I have since then, never looked back.

What I love about being a part of the ingenium team, is that I learn something new everyday. At ingenium, I get to work with top clients and talented people. It’s always a pleasure to meet new people, listen to their stories and be a small part of their big careers. The feeling of contributing towards someone’s dream job is extremely humbling.

When I am not recruiting, I am either reading, painting or tending to my plants. I am a proud cat mom!
