Sr. Product Manager
Job Description
Title: Head of Product and Data Systems
Location: New York City (NYC)
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
About the Role:
We have built the first and only physician-founded, specialty technology platform to
enhance and optimize the point of care. Today we are seeking a Technology Leader to oversee
the in-office product lines as well as our data and analytics system. This critical role
involves driving key technology projects forward, maintaining rigid control over our products, closely managing development vendors, and clearly aligning technology pipelines with
business needs.
The role is based in NYC and reports directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities:
● Launch of Programmatic Advertising: Spearhead the introduction of programmatic
advertising initiatives.
● Cloud-Based Database Administration and Systems design: Oversee cloud database
management and data engineering processes that support Advanced
Analytics platform.
● QA Testing Process and Procedures: Establish and maintain robust QA testing protocols
for our products.
● Provider Content Workflows and Reporting: Revise and enhance provider content
workflows and reporting mechanisms.
● Lead Offshore Development and Support Teams: Manage and coordinate efforts of
offshore development and support teams.
● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
● AWS Administration
● Ad Systems DevOps
● Snowflake, Airtable
● MSFT SQL and Apache Airflow
● Familiarity with
○ Android OS support and knowledge
○ MDM support and knowledge
● DNS and web hosting experience
● Atlassian/JIRA Confluence for ticketing
● Salesforce experience
Additional Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
● 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in growth-stage startups
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Hybrid on-site presence required (3 days per week) for effective collaboration and
business continuity
