JOB DESCRIPTION
Our growing Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to be a core member of our Business digital brand. Building a dedicated roadmap for Business with a set of dedicated KPIs to line up with digital and editorial goals, you will be responsible for improving existing features and building entirely new features.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the Business product line
Partner with the Product team and individuals across to develop a new roadmap, driven by data, user and market research, and internal insights
Coach and grow the dedicated product team for Business
Partner with stakeholders across the company and translate the vision of the product into features and product releases
Collaborate with a very engaged editorial team and be their advocate across digital
Establish, track, and report key metrics across the product lifecycle
Help to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
Lead business groups in ideation sessions and requirements gathering specifications, design, development and implementation of key products
Author product requirements and break them down into clear user stories for development
Drive new feature development from conception to launch with consistency across all of Business products
Work with vendors to tightly integrate them into our product development lifecycle
Lead A/B tests to improve product engagement
Help with defining market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
Analyze potential partner relationships
Learn, understand, and use product management software (Jira, Confluence) to effectively manage product deliverables
Participate in strategic planning with technical and operational management
Identify, track, and remove impediments to product success
Review product requests and participate in the green-light process
Monitor the market, News and finance trends, competitors analytics, and customer feedback
Define market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant digital experience
Demonstrated success defining and launching best-of-breed products
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Highly creative, technical, and innovative
Detail-oriented with tireless attention to the strategic picture of the business

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
