Job Title: Head of Product and Data Systems Location: New York City (NYC) Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) About the Role: NYC based startup that has built the first and only physician-founded, specialty technology platform to enhance and optimize the point of care. Today we are seeking a Technology Leader to oversee in-office product lines as well as our data and analytics system. This critical role involves driving key technology projects forward, maintaining rigid control over our products, closely managing development vendors, and clearly aligning technology pipelines with business needs. The role is based in NYC and reports directly to the COO. Key Responsibilities: ● Launchof Programmatic Advertising: Spearhead the introduction of programmatic advertising initiatives on CheckedUp Screens. ● Cloud-Based Database Administration and Systems design: Oversee cloud database management and data engineering processes that support Advanced Analytics platform. ● QATesting Process and Procedures: Establish and maintain robust QA testing protocols for our products. ● Provider Content Workflows and Reporting: Revise and enhance provider content workflows and reporting mechanisms. ● LeadOffshore Development and Support Teams: Manage and coordinate efforts of offshore development and support teams. ● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and systems.
